In Walk & Talk therapy, sessions take place outdoors rather than in a traditional office setting. We meet in a park or along a walking trail near San Jose, where movement and environment become part of the process. By moving our conversations outdoors we create a rhythmic, expansive space to process challenges from a fresh perspective.
Being outside highlights the natural connection between mind, body, and environment, which can be especially grounding during periods of stress or life transitions. Walking often helps loosen stuck or repetitive thoughts, allowing ideas to flow more freely and new insights to emerge.
