Support for Meaningful Lasting Change
Individual therapy provides a consistent, confidential space to pause, reflect, and work through what feels difficult or unclear. Sessions are guided by your priorities and focused on addressing current concerns while building skills that support long-term wellbeing.
Our work may include identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening emotional regulation, and exploring choices that align with your goals. Sessions are thoughtful and practical, moving at a pace that supports steady, meaningful change.

Nature-Based Walk & Talk Therapy: Counseling in Motion
Nature-based Walk & Talk therapy offers a supportive alternative to traditional office sessions. Instead of meeting indoors, we meet outdoors—often in a nearby park or on a walking trail—and walk together while we talk. Sessions remain focused and intentional, while the natural setting provides space to think, reflect, and engage differently in the work.
This approach supports mental health in a more holistic way, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and environment. The natural environment becomes part of the work, to help foster grounding, encourage reflection, and offer new perspective, especially during times of stress or transition.
Movement is an important part of the process. Walking often helps loosen stuck or repetitive thoughts, allowing ideas to flow more freely and new insights to emerge. For some clients, this approach feels less formal and more accessible, while still offering meaningful therapeutic support.

Consulting
I partner with organizations and educational institutions to design, strengthen, and scale comprehensive mental health systems using an MTSS framework. My work takes a holistic approach to student success, integrating academic, social-emotional, and behavioral supports to ensure students receive the right level of care at the right time.
With over two decades of experience in school-based and non-profit behavioral health systems, I offer support with program development, strategic planning, staff training, and leadership coaching, with a focus on trauma-informed practices, care coordination, and equity-centered approaches. I help organizations assess needs, strengthen existing supports, and implement practical solutions that improve outcomes for students and the communities that serve them.
My consulting approach is collaborative and implementation-focused, supporting leaders and school teams in building clarity, capacity, and long-term impact across systems.
